A few weeks ago, my parents came to eat and I wish love to give something else as an aperitif. Everyone was wild about the hummus, so I can label the experiment a success. You can serve the hummus with crackers or Turkish bread. Moreover, it is just very nice on a sandwich. In a closed jar you can keep several days in the refrigerator.
1) Mix the chickpeas with the garlic, coriander and soy sauce. This is really not easy, but with a hand blender succeed after much about creating though. The chickpeas tend just to congeal, but do not give up! 2) Add a little oil, until the whole is spreadable. 3) Season with salt and pepper
