In this article I told you about healthy eating after the holidays! One thing it was going to use superfoods. With a number of online shops I can arrange some nice collaborations, so the next time you can expect a few articles aioli about superfoods! A kind of series so with information, examples and recipes regarding this topic. This is the first, namely self make hummus. This requires no complicated, biological, expensive things and you can use it for a lot of things. I used the example as a filling / toppings for my slawrap. This is a 100% carbohydrate / paleo recipe. Look a little further to see what Hummes, how you make it and how I made this slawrap. What exactly hummus?
On how to write and pronounce it exactly opinions are divided. I always say hummus, but please no hate comments if you call it eg 'humous'. Hummus is a superfood which means that it is healthy and full of nutrients. In another blog post I will tell what his rich superfoods. It is a kind of mash-based chickpeas and tahini. Tahini is sesame seed paste that you (like hummus) ready to buy or make yourself. In this blog post I make it myself either. Hummus you can use in many different recipes, lubricating it's on a rice cake and you have a healthy breakfast. It is made with natural products and is of Arab origin.
These are the ingredients that I use. You would an avocado can take less, but I'm crazy guacamole and smear it on my rice cakes. Hence I have two. Everything aioli here in a row. For Hummes:
I do some sesame seeds in a blender, but is even smarter to puree it in a blender. I do about a little less than half the pot. You should feel equally at feeling how much you use sesame.
The sesame paste / tahini is ready! I have quite coarse sesame seeds because it is not very well pureed in the blender. For me it does not make much difference, I have the taste and the pasta for later in the hummus! Step 2: Making Hummus.
Finally, some lemon juice and a clove of garlic you through mixed. If it is not juicy enough to blend you can also get some olive oil change too. Finally, I still throw spices like paprika, aioli salt, pepper and cumin seed to taste. aioli Here you are of course free.
