Fried rice with chicken and vegetables Ingredients: 1 cup long grain rice, 1 pc. chicken breast, 1 medium carrot, 1/2 onion, 1 cup frozen peas, 1 egg, soy sauce, if desired, can be added to white cabbage strips about 1/4 small cabbage, just eat oil. For the marinade on the chicken: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mustard, 1 tablespoon honey. Chicken cut into slices (julienne) and put in a marinade to stand at least 2 hours. Boil rice and drain. In a hot deep pan (wok) put the oil and fry the chicken. Having become separated and ready to put the vegetables until they are slightly just eat crispy (in no case to soften completely because pulp). Add soy sauce about 3 tablespoons and stirred several times. Set aside and they and put rice.
