Maybe a strange idea to make sweet potato on your bread, but it really is my new favorite for lunch. Hummus sweet potato, a recipe that I've stolen from my mother. This recipe is very tasty, very healthy and super easy to make. Also delicious with a vegetable dip!
Let the potatoes cool and cut into small pieces. Cut a clove of garlic into slices and place in a bowl with the sweet potato, pepper, salt and a dash of olive oil. This fine mix until smooth brunch in a blender. And READYYY! brunch
