The recipe is Nigellan "Express" book. 2 x 125g salmon fillet with 30 ml of Japanese mirin rice wine 20 grams of brown sugar 30 ml soy sauce 15 ml rice vinegar green onions Mix the mirin, soy and sugar together. Marinate salmon pieces on both sides for a few minutes. Bake in a hot pan for a few minutes, first on one side, turn the file, add the marinade and fry until ripe. Move the file to the plate, add to the pan and heat the rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the salmon and sprinkle chopped spring onions. Serve with rice.
Actually it was quite nice! My bf was half Jap Especially chinese food pleased chinese food :) What you REALLY shouldnt try though is the beetroot-choc brownies I made last week, they were delish!
