Super Simple! First you peel the parsnips and cut into small pieces. Stop him then into the food processor and mix it until you're a bit like a rough texture. A bit like rice! Put it on a plate and put it on the side so long.
Drain the chickpeas and rinse them with water as well. Put them in the food processor along with the juice of half a lemon, 1 tablespoon tahini, a handful of cilantro, a tiny bit of garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, you can add some raisins for a delicious sweet taste, but this is entirely food for thought up to you! Mix until smooth and then it is ready to be served! Spoon the parsnip rice and add some raisins then through it. Serve hummus as a side dish or as a sauce over the rice.
