GIEK, Export Finance Services AS all from Oslo and Energi Teknikk and Brødrene Dahl, Bergen (Dimmelsvik). Purpose benihana of the visit was to organize the start of construction of five small and medium-sized hydropower plants in Montenegro with a total power of 17 MW.
