Say from experience, because I tried many of the recipes on the site and came out all good-good. Not to mention her pictures, showing in a big way and you 'urge' to bite the monitor ... lust. :)
As I said, initially I did this recipe super quick and absolutely delicious - muffins with raspberries, and I liked the texture that I got it so much that I made it for various fillings and got invariably variant krucil chocolate. Specifically with dark chocolate, Oreo cookies and a bit of Nutella :) I used for 12 muffins rather large:
- 250 g margarine (or butter, I ran out) 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar (not muffins come out very sweet, so if you want it sweeter, add a little sugar), a dash of salt, 2 eggs, 200 g flour
Gradually, I added the remaining flour, until I got a composition creamy, not too thick. If you think that is too thick, do not put all of the flour. I sat papers of muffins in the pan and put some composition in each form, using a spoon, cups, ice cream. This trick to pouring the cup of ice cream scoop shapes I know all of the Edith! :)
I preheated the oven and I baked at 220 degrees C, but I checked from time to time because I have a little oven that bakes quickly and must always stand watching krucil him. After about 15 minutes, I did toothpick test and fluffy when I saw how they came out, I got the idea to make some labels krucil and loving.
