Several schools and dozens of churches and families have participated in our Christmas boxes action

And off they go! This year, many children participated in our Kids Helping Kids Christmas boxes action. So much so, that we have this morning put on transport. Whopping 1316 Christmas boxes to Montenegro This is more than ever!
Several schools and dozens of churches and families have participated in our Christmas boxes action. The aim of the action waafclub is that children in the Netherlands together a Christmas box for a same age in Eastern Europe. This year, the poor children in Montenegro have a great Christmas filled with fun Christmas presents! At the same time teach our children that this wealth is not so obvious.
Without the help of dozens of volunteers, the action would not have been so successful. Yesterday we were able, with the help of many volunteers check all the Christmas boxes. It was a great day where we have some boxes complemented by example mittens, stuffed animals, toys or candy. And thanks to grade seven and eight of primary school Old Zandbergen we have this morning in less than an hour DSV truck loaded with all 1316 Christmas boxes. DSV transport helps ADRA years to the Christmas boxes for free or sometimes for a minimum fare for our transfer station to transport in Germany. Many hands make light work, which is even clear! But again
We want to thank all the participants and volunteers for their commitment and dedication to this fun and inspiring project. Thanks to you underprivileged children in orphanages, children's hospitals, schools and a refugee camp in Montenegro have a Christmas to remember.
Would you like to be kept informed waafclub of the Christmas boxes action and want to see where exactly the boxes arrive? Keep an eye on our website waafclub or read through our newsletter and facebook. Posted on December 2, 2013 under in News | By Willem Bakker. Post navigation
